James has assisted companies with their financial management for over 20 years, and he believes that quality financial management starts with being organized. His strength and reputation are in developing processes and procedures that make management and reporting more efficient, and this efficiency results in cost savings for the client. He takes pride in seeing his clients achieve time savings of up to 50% in their processes, and the result is faster and better quality reports.
After earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration (Major: Finance) from Oklahoma State University in 1996, he spent four years in the U.S. Army working in military payroll. While in the military, James received management and leadership training that has become the foundation for his success as a business owner. After his service, he went on to work in the treasury and accounting departments of two Fortune 500 companies. More recently, he has worked with local small business, agricultural and not-for-profit companies in Santa Clara and Monterey counties.
James has lived in Gilroy with his family for the past several years, and he is a dedicated and passionate member of the community. He was a co-founder and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the non-profit corporation Navigator Schools, which operates Gilroy Prep School and Hollister Prep School. Navigator Schools is one of the most successful new charter schools in the state of California.

Having graduated with a degree in engineering from the University of CA, Irvine and working in several fields utilizing math, Kathy found her calling in bookkeeping and payroll. After five years as a staff accountant at a non-profit in San Jose, Kathy developed an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality results on time.
